"Sea of Serenity"
FINALLY!!! Something to show I'm not dead! Haha XD; As the title says from being borrowed, this is a first SM fan art I've done in a freakishly long time.
I have some archived files I'm going back and retouching, redoing, re-concepting, so on so forth. The last attempt for any SM related piece was a few years ago of Selene and baby Serenity. I'm gonna do that next along with a couple other new pieces and old pieces. ANYWHO, this is actually from a piece I also attempted to do long ago, (it's somewhere in my archives but it's that bad... I don't wanna pull it out ><) and it had this same idea, only without Serenity
I actually got really inspired to do SOMETHING after starting to watch the new Sailor Moon Crystal that streams every couple of weeks, (hence my few unfinished files as of yet) and after watching the speedpaint video of this:
SAILOR MOON - QUEEN SERENITY
I was really astoundingly amazed by the quality the process produced so I really kicked it off and worked in inspiration on this piece I may go back in a year or two to update it (anatomically wise) but otherwise for now I'm relatively pleased with the result
You may not notice it, but if you look closely, I included the watch from this season on Sailor Moon and the locket from the old seasons on Serenity who is in accustom to this seasons looks :3 Background was all my doing, no stocks. (I really wanted to get some practice in with that too)
