Artist's Comments  A little something I drew on the 4th of July after seeing the grand show of music being played and the grand beautiful tremendous fireworks show at Williamsburg, VA. Midnight, Gabriel and Lunar are sitting on a field watching the fireworks. Light decided to take the boys to a different spot to watch the fireworks as well. Luna: Momma, what are those things that keep popping in the air called? They're really loud ... Midnight: My dear, do not be afraid. They're just loud because they're so high in the sky so we can all hear them. They're called Fireworks, and they're very special to be held this day each year. Gabriel: Wow, mom ... they're so beautiful!!! Midnight: Yes, they are quite a sight to see ... Lunar: I still think they're really loud and scary ... Gabriel: Lunar, don't be such a baby ... Midnight: Gabriel, don't pick on your sister like that. Yes she may be smaller than you and the youngest, she's still scared of them. Gabriel: *looks at Midnight* Huh? Midnight: You know, when you were little as she was, you used to scared of them too ... Gabriel: I ... was? *blush* Lunar: *giggles* Gabriel: Hey, Lunar! Momma!!! Midnight: You girls, don't pick a fight, let's just watch the show, okay? Lunar and Gabriel: Yes momma ... So they sat quietly, watching the sparkling lights in the night ... So ... for those that celebrate it, Happy 4th of July!
